We have taken the decision to close the Special Collections & Archives Reading Room for five weeks this summer, closing on Friday 26th July and re-opening on Monday 2nd September.

 

We will still be monitoring enquiries during this period, and access to the collections will be available by prior appointment only for researchers.

 

This is normally a quiet time of year, so we hope this will not cause too much disruption, but it will help to free up staff time over the summer.
