The eagle-eye amongst you will have spotted that Light Night 2021 is almost upon us! This year we will be participating online, using the Keith Medley Archive to explore this year’s theme of ‘Play’. We have created an online exhibition, entitled ‘My Favourite Place’, which will be launched at 5pm on Friday 21st May, and can then be found at https://bit.ly/3hlzel5 Throughout the evening on the 21st we will be tweeting photographs from the exhibition, and inviting you to share your own memories related to the images or your favourite place.
So do please join us to explore the Keith Medley Photographic Archive through a selection of photographs of favourite places around Liverpool and Wirral to ‘play’: the fairground, the beach, sports pitches and music venues, to name a few.
While this will be an entirely online event, we hope that it will give you a taster of the joys of delving into the archive.
